Hell of a cover, right? A lot going on there!

Coming of age in an erratic era, White Boy and The Average Rat Band – the 3 piece band is BACK! Since Heaven and Hell Records’ 2017 well-received reissue of the 1980 debut album by WHITE BOY AND THE AVERAGE RAT BAND, the band has enjoyed a renewed interest in their unique brand of rock and roll. The release was followed by a national tour taking the band up and down the East and West coasts. It has afforded the band the opportunity to look to the future.

Keeping tabs on our favorites, White Boy and The Average Rat Band is making moves with “Love My Ride”, the title cut of his latest, out today (7/15)!

Modern, surf-styled post-punks, sunglaciers, have a way with style. The band’s dancy, forward-facing jams straddle the line between vintage summer vibes and a not-too-distant future of art-school camaraderie. Angular guitar lines jump!

The result hits straight to the heart of sunglaciers’ vibe, an endless summer night of ripping around on bikes and swimming in rivers that fuels the forever young.

If you want more from those boys, look no further … look no further!

The madness is soon ON! Catch them at The Whisky A-Go-Go in Hollywood on the 15th of August.
