Travis Scott is getting sued by an entertainment events company after bailing on a Minnesota performance in the wake daughter Stormi’s birth.
PJAM claims that it paid Scott $150,000 upfront, plus $10,000 to his booking agent, according to TMZ. He was scheduled to perform at Myth Nightclub near Minneapolis on February 3, but cancelled just hours before. Two days earlier, Kylie Jenner gave birth to their first child but it’s unclear whether the two are related.
Sources who know the rapper attribute the change plans to weather and logistics, as he did make his performance later that night in Las Vegas.
PJAM also claims Scott has not paid back the $150,000 advance and is seeking restitution in damages and harm to the club’s reputation endured. Scott has yet to confirm anything.
