After recently unleashing his ficial debut studio album Victory Lap, Nipsey Hussle hit the promo circuit to promote his latest fering, paying New York's Funkmaster Flex a visit at Hot 97 to show f his lyrical abilities in a new freestyle.

Taking a seat alongside the DJ and radio personality, Nipsey sets the tone for his freestyle by confidently declaring he's gonna “make sure it's a classic” by the end his session. Over Nas' classic “If I Ruled The World” beat, Nipsey raps about the reality street life saying, “N—-s dying every day that's the price war/ Gang members spending thousands at the nicest stores/ Levitate on five-star luxury, every time I ride shit come for me.”

Later on in his freestyle, Nip fers up his own wisdom succeeding in “the game life.”

“This year I'm dropping my best music/ Hope you n—-s get rich and reinvest to,” he raps. “I wish you n—-s success just minus the stress to it/ Lot stages, lots losses and regrets to it/ The game life, you ain't the type to accept losing.”

Victory Lap is Nipsey's first ficial fering following his All Money In label inked a partnership with Atlantic Records. The album features the Kendrick Lamar-featuring “Dedication,” “”Rap N—-” and “Last Time That I Checc’d” the latter with fellow west coast rapper YG.
