After filing a hefty lawsuit against insurance company Lloyd's London over the cancellation his Saint Pablo tour, Kanye West has reportedly reached a settlement.
The story was first reported by TMZ, and confirmed to Pitchfork by Howard King, West's attorney, that “the matter was amicably resolved.” West and his touring company, Very Good Touring, filed a staggering $10 million lawsuit against Lloyd's London last August after the company failed to pay out insurance claims. Lloyd's London countersued the rapper and his touring company, claiming that they discovered “substantial irregularities” in the rapper's medical history, and that West's company “failed to cooperate in the investigation.”
West's Saint Pablo tour was canceled back in November 2016 following a series West's on-stage rants. Shortly after canceling his remaining Saint Pablo tour dates, West was hospitalized after suffering from sleep deprivation and exhaustion, a source confirmed to Billboard.
Billboard has reached out to Kanye West's reps for confirmation.
