Widespread protests following the police killing of George Floyd have become a focal point in the United States, but the world is still in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Juicy J took a moment to warn his Twitter followers of this reality on Tuesday (June 9).

“The coronavirus is not over,” he wrote.

The Three 6 Mafia member’s reminder arrived on the same day the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported 17,396 new cases of COVID-19 in the U.S. So far, the country has had 1,973,797 confirmed cases with a death toll of 112,133.

Juicy shared his coronavirus PSA after dropping a new single titled “Hella Fuckin’ Trauma,” which addressed the ongoing fight against racial injustice. On the song’s hook, the Memphis Hip Hop pioneer made it clear he’s fed up with the system.
