For his latest move, Flipp Dinero called on the multi-talented Teyana Taylor to flex her directing prowess once again for his "If I Tell You" video. The relatable clip arrives on Monday (June 10) Billboard premiere.

The visual is reminiscent of T.I. attempting to win over a neophyte Lauren London and her overprotective father's permission in 2006's ATL film. Dinero proudly reps his NYC roots with a Kevin Knox Knicks jersey. By the music video's end, the 23-year-old realizes that the girl he was looking to woo's dad had been watching their every move from a distance while hanging out at the diner and the rollerskating rink.

“Working with Flipp and his team was such a good time. Flipp is extremely talented and has super dope energy. He definitely made my job an easy one on set!" Taylor tells Billboard of getting her "Spike Tee" on. "'If I Tell You' is a feel-good record that reminded me of summertime in the early 2000s, when me and my friends would run around New York and just LIVE," she adds.

"The video was fun to direct, because I got to relive moments of our teenage years. I wanted the visual to shed light on living care free, having fun and being a teenager again.”

Dinero says the feeling of love and respect for one another's craft was mutual. "Working with Ms. Taylor was a blessing. Not only did she have a dope vision, she also had a beautiful energy," the "Leave Me Alone" singer says. "'If I Tell You' is a track you express your emotions through. It’s a statement showing that we could love and be loved.”
