A$AP Rocky isn't wasting any time in returning to see his fans in Sweden. Rocky announced plans for a headlining show set for Dec. 11 at the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm. Tickets will be available starting on Nov. 12 through Live Nation.
The anticipated show serves as the first time the Harlem native will be stepping foot in Sweden following his month long incaceration nightmare, which came to an end when he was released back on Aug. 2. Additional Swedish artists will also be on the bill, as a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Swedish Network of Refugee Support Groups (FARR).
"After an outcry of support from his Swedish fans, he will return to Stockholm to deliver a triumphant show for all his supporters," Live Nation said in a statement.
The highly-scrutinized case began when Rocky and two others were jailed following a physical altercation that ocurred after being harassed by a pair of Swedish residents during their visit to the country in late June. They remained behind bars for more than a month while maintaining their innocence of acting in self-defense.
Still, Rocky and his co-defendants were found guilty and given conditional sentences. A$AP later stated he was "disappointed" by the verdict.
