Ed Sheeran season is upon us.

His latest offering, No. 6 Collaborations, is slated to drop on July 12 and this time around Sheeran is making it a community effort. During a recent interview with Charlamagne Tha God, the English singer-singer announced that his 15-track project will featur an array of artists who have inspired him.

"For me, this is a compilation album of artists that I'm a fan of," the 28-year-old explained.

Sheeran’s no stranger to hip-hop and R&B. He’s worked with Rick Ross, Eminem, Lupe Fiasco, and more. Earlier this month, Sheeran tag-teamed with Justin Bieber for the upcoming EP’s track “I Don’t Care,” which snagged the No. 2 slot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. For the next single, Sheeran called upon Chicago native Chance the Rapper and Philly native PnB Rock for the summer banger "Cross Me.”

Although Sheeran spilled the beans about working with Bruno Mars, he's remained tight-lipped about the other features on the project. So we've got six suggestions.

1. Drake

Drake and Ed Sheeran have defined the streaming era, so it's only right that the two create some magic together. Last year, during an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the "Shape of You" singer revealed that he's interested in working with the 6 God. "I feel like at some point me and Drake need to do something," the Divide singer said.

2. Cardi B

Cardi B is only getting better with time, and she appears to be impressed by Sheeran's versatility. During the 2017 MTV VMAs, Bardi's reaction to Sheeran's performance of Lil Uzi Vert's "XO Tour Llif3" made for some great memes. Cardi and Sheeran on a track together would make for a neat full-circle moment.

3. Meek Mill

Sheeran has said that No. 6 Collaborations will respect the culture the importance of giving back to the community. Keeping that in mind, it's only fitting that Sheeran would collaborate with Meek Mill. The Philly native hasn't forgotten his hometown and is working relentlessly to reform the criminal justice system.

4. Nicki Minaj

Two years ago, during an interview with Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, Sheeran said he was "really loving" the Queens MC's music before hilariously spitting her verse from Kanye West's 2010 "Monster." Seeing as how Nicki already has a British alter ego named Roman, there's no doubt that she would create a memorable track with Sheeran.

5. Post Malone

Much like Bieber and Posty, Post and Sheeran would be unstoppable. Two years ago, during an interview with iHeart's Z100 Shelley Rome, the "Congratulations" singer revealed that he was down to collaborate with Sheeran after learning that Sheeran's a huge fan of "Rockstar." Post even took it a step further by imagining a scenario where he meets up with Sheeran and the two bond over loving the Medieval Times.

6. Ty Dolla $ign

Ty Dolla $ign has one of the most gifted pens in music right now — just like Ed. Although the two previously worked together on Ty's underrated mixtape Sign Language, it's time for a reunion.
