A crisis has rocked the Arcade Fire fandom for the last year, as the band’s acolytes have attempted to grapple with a serious existential question — what if the album Everything Now just isn’t good? It’s an endless debate (or a source of infinite content, if you will) that now counts frontman Win Butler among its participants.

It all started with the popular fan account Arcade Fire Tube tweeting that songs like “Chemistry” and “Infinite Content” ruin the album:
